About the data
Remuneration figures relate to financial years ending in 2023 or the most recent one available.
They include salary, bonuses, pensions and other benefits. Pay data for recently appointed CEOs may not have been reported yet or it could relate to only a few months.
The pay ratio divides a CEO’s total remuneration by the median pay of their UK-based workers (except where otherwise stated). For instance, a ratio of 163 means that the CEO in question earned 163 times more than their typical employee. In all cases, the calculation method used by the business in its annual report has been applied here.
Glassdoor ratings for CEOs reflect reviews recorded by employees past and present on glassdoor.com as of 22 July 2024.
Recent changes to a company’s CEO, its placement in the FTSE 100 or its financial data may not be reflected below. None of the information herein constitutes financial advice.
CEOs were given the chance to correct the information presented before publication, but amendments can be requested by emailing [email protected].
